Just passing through from San Diego to Pensacola FL and stopped to visit family. Had a problem with my brakes. Adrian was able to fit me in without problem. As he was doing his initial assessment on the Road Glide, he spotted a leak and lose bolts on my transmission. I hadn't noticed this and apparenty neither had my dealer in San Diego. My bike was fixed within a reasonable amount of time thanks to Adrian, Willie and Matt. Thanky you! My brakes work great and my tranny won't fail due to the first class service I received.

Im from Illinois out here working this winter and I had my streetglide shipped out to take advantage of this great riding weather.Anyway i contacted Bobbys to see if I could have it dropped there when it got here and not knowing me from Adam i thought this might be alot to ask as I have come acroos some dealers who would say no,but Bobbys said yes with no hesitation,now that is customer service to the max,I greatly appreciated this and while I am here they will most definately see me in there often.Great job guys and they will here about you back in Illinois so Thanks a bunch keep up the good work

During a little overnighter to your area I stopped by 2 1/2 hrs before closing and not thinking it was possible if I could get two new tires mounted and installed. Took me right in. I was impressed. The entire staff was customer driven. As I was employed for over 9 years at another Harley dealership I was overwhelmed with the feeling of biker hood that this dealership provides. Reminds me of the dealerships of the 60's and 70's. They care and it shows.
I hope Bobby knows just how good of a crew he has working there. Even though I live three hours away from Yuma I will be back. All I can say is Thank You for operating a REAL motorcycle dealership. The motor company should use your dealership as a training facility to show the other guys how it is supposed to work!!!

Bobby's Territorial Harley-Davidson is the only place I will purchase my motorcycles and they are the only dealership that works on them. Bobby's is the BEST. Thanks for all the great miles.

I purchased a Harley when it was Jim's on Ave B. I have always loved the way that customers are treated there. Although I am currently between bikes, the only place I'll get one is Bobby's. I know it's not Jim's anymore but in a way it is. Bobby has carried forward Jim's customer service attitude and it shows. No pressure atmosphere but you still know that they are there to take care of you. Keep it up. My kids will buy one from Bobby's as well.

While on a trip, I took my Road King in for a problem, no sooner had I asked if they would take a look at it. It was in the shop and being repaired. Its good to see some things never changed. In '85, I took my 75 FLH in for a problem to Jim's and Bobby had me on the road. After moving to Yuma, Bobby was always willing to help me learn more about my bike. I Purchased an '85 from Jim and learned alot about the Evo from Bobby. I just recently purchased an 09 FXSTSSE3 from him and the experience with the staff, and of course Bobby, was outstanding. I Rode it back to MO and what a ride, I enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks Bobby

Best experience buying a big ticket item I have ever had. The sales staff was great and very patient with me. I did have a complaint when my bike was in for parts/service but before I could even get the complaint all the way out Bobby fixed it and took care of me better than I could even expect. I will come back down to Yuma from Wisconsin just to buy my next bike from Bobby

I walked in the door and wasnt greeted by a salesman; I was greeted by the owner himself. He was warm and inviting and suggested I throw my leg over all the bikes and find one I like. From the begining to the end he would stop by and make sure the deal was going ok and advised me multiple time that if I had any problems or concerns, come see him directly. It was a great experience and I WILL BE BACK!! Mike

Dealership is a 1st class operation.!!! On a 1994 Harley DFT trike trip Trans locked up,called & Mike trailered to dealership. Bobby & his crew had my wife and i on the road in app. 4 hours. At at later date. traveled 600 miles to have my Dyn serviced. EddiePalmer Jeannie Too !

Came in last weekend to participate in the HOG Toy Run. While waiting I was convinced by "Mama Claus" to purchase the new seat I had been drooling over all year. Michael in parts was awesome. He went and got the seat and took very good care of us. I wish all the businesses in Yuma that have sorry customer service would come and train at Bobby's to learn how to treat your customers. I just had my 5000 mile service done on my Harley that I purchased from Bobby's last year. I am continually amazed at the customer service that this dealership provides. So many times nowadays customer service is nonexistent. Not here. The professional that serviced my bike today even took the time to tell me what he did and what he found that needed adjustment. In my mind that is all designed to keep me safe and keep my Electra Glide running for years to come. Thanks to everyone at Bobby's. Merry Christmas!

I have bought bikes from other dealers over the years. And I have to say this was the best buying experience I have ever had. Brian, the salesman, the GM and Owner were great, coming into the sales office to shake my hand. I have never had that personal attention at any Dealership. I contacted 22 dealerships looking for my specific bike, not only did Bobby's have it but also had the lowest dealer prep price out there. I will buy my next bike from them and have recommended Bobby's Territorial to friends and will continue to do so.
